We only know what we see. Growing up as inner city kids on the east coast, Brian Paupaw and Omar Diaz never saw snowboarding in their peripherals. By some odd chance, Brian found snowboarding through some friends and never looked back. After making a short film and claiming he wanted to bring this back to his people, Omar joined the picture. With the idea of “community first” and the thought of showing a new generation of inner city kids the wonders of the out doors, Hoods To Woods was born.
