Shannon Dunn-Downing
Shannon Dunn-Downing is a pioneer. She was an early halfpipe rider who pushed the limits of women’s snowboarding constantly. She was the first American woman to win a snowboarding medal at the Winter Olympics when she took bronze in the halfpipe in 1998. On top of that, she then had the first successfully marketed and supported women’s pro model snowboard. She joins us to tell her story and share some insight into how she made such progression possible and everything that happened in-between on this week’s episode of The Bomb Hole!
